FAQ
Do I need n8n? Is reselling this allowed under n8n's licence?
Yes, you need your own n8n (self-hosted or n8n Cloud). You're buying our workflow files, guides and docs, not n8n, which we never bundle, resell or rebrand. n8n's licence FAQ allows building automations for clients on your own instance as long as clients can't create or edit them, installing n8n on a client's own server, and charging for setup and maintenance. It doesn't allow hosting n8n for clients to build their own workflows, or removing n8n's branding. Read their terms yourself: n8n licence FAQ.
What does "white-label" mean here?
Your agency's name goes on everything the client sees: messages, sign-off sheets, proposals and reports. It doesn't mean rebranding n8n.
Can the AI text or post things on its own?
No. Customers only receive owner-signed templates or replies the owner approved with a tap. Review replies are drafts the owner posts themselves. Every pack starts with a 7-day shadow mode where nothing reaches customers.
What accounts does each client need?
Their own Twilio number (for SMS), an email (SMTP) mailbox, a Google Sheet, and optionally an OpenAI API key for drafts. The client owns these accounts, and you connect them during the install.
Is it compliant with texting and anti-spam rules?
The packs are built for consent: SMS only with consent, STOP/opt-out handling, and sender identification. The guides cover Canada (CASL) and US A2P 10DLC registration and link the sources. You and your client stay responsible for compliance; this isn't legal advice.
Can I share or resell the kit itself?
No. The licence is per builder. You can install it for unlimited clients of your own, but you can't redistribute the files as a template, course or marketplace listing.
What's the refund policy?
